Refunds
If you discover one or more of your goods to be damaged upon receipt of them, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for that item. Under the circumstance that we are unable to directly replace a specific item, we can offer you an alternative item of the same value (you are still entitled to a refund should you wish to request one).
In the unfortunate event of a specific item(s) not firing, we will arrange a like-for-like replacement for that item(s). Under the circumstance that we are unable to directly replace a specific item(s), we can offer you another item(s) of the same value or refund the price you paid for the item(s).
It is your responsibility to bring the faulty goods to our shop and pick up your replacement or refund.
Cancellations
1. You are entitled to cancel your order within seven days of placing your order.
2. Any cancellation requests must be made in writing to our shop address. You can find this at the bottom of our website.
3. You are responsible for returning the goods to us in the same condition as when it reached you. Any suspicious of foul play will result in termination of the refund.
4. We cannot reimburse you for any opened packages unless they contradict the terms set out in the Sale of Goods Act 1979.
5. If any items do not conform to the terms set out in the Sale of Goods Act 1979, the duty will be upon us to collect the goods from you.
Hold Harmless
In the unfortunate event of damage to property or injury to person(s) caused by a product purchased from us, you agree that Discount Fireworks and anyone affiliated with Discount Fireworks are not liable for any such injury or damage.
